People who enjoy doing aerobic exercise complain that there are not enough time for them having a meal, but they do not have any appetite to eat food after aerobic exercise, they want to make sure whether it is harmful to their fitness.
Even if there is time for you to eat; you are not supposed to have a meal before you take aerobic exercise. Your body could not assume lots of food in your stomach when you are having aerobic exercise. Therefore, your body will send the blood in digestive system to your muscles at this time. If the food stays in the stomach, you will feel uncomfortable, swirl and laziness when you are doing exercise.
But it does not say you should not eat any food. If you have not had anything for five hours and continue to do strenuous activities, the body glucose or the blood sugar will become very low, which can not satisfy the need of strenuous exercise and may feel dizzy
The good diet and regular exercise is indispensible for health, so you’d better to adjust your mealtime and change the various food to adapt your life style.
The dietitian suggest we should have dinner at a fixed time, but this does not mean three meals a day. When you are doing exercise, you should adjust your dinner time according to the exercise intensity and exercise time, especially when you are taking participate in strenuous exercise.
On the day of doing exercise, it is important for you to eat a nourishing breakfast and lunch. It is better to have lunch earlier as possible as you can. Eat some abundant carbohydrate food every two hours in the afternoon. Drink as much as you can, particular you should drink one or two glass water in one hour before you plan to do exercise.
